PT Digital Mega is looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing our employees, as well as developing and implementing HR policies and programs. You will also be responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Recruitment and selection of candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of new and existing employees.
  • Development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
  • Management of employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Performance management and appraisal.
  • Training and development of employees.
  • Compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Management of HR information systems and databases.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Experience in using HR information systems and databases.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
