UNITY Berjaya is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Jepara, Jawa Tengah. This is an immediate opportunity to be part of a growing company. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's overall HR needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disputes.,Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR team in any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.
