📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in the organization,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures,Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Reviewing financial statements and other records to ensure accuracy and completeness

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with risk management and internal control frameworks
