📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and dishwashing.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain food cost records and reports.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen staff or similar role.,Proven ability to manage and train kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local food regulations and standards.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.
