Urban Shop Abadi is looking for a dynamic and professional Lead Receptionist to join our team in Palopo. As the Lead Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to take on a leadership role within our reception team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service.,Train and mentor junior receptionists to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized.,Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Proven ability to work well in a team and take on leadership responsibilities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and English is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
