As a Legal Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents to ensure they are compliant with Indonesian laws. You will also advise on legal strategies for property transactions, developments, and regulatory compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and advise on contracts, leases, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with Indonesian laws.
• Provide legal guidance on property transactions, developments, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct due diligence on potential projects to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Assist in drafting and negotiating legal agreements.
• Stay updated on changes in Indonesian property laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for property developments.
• Advise on legal strategies for property transactions and developments.
• Provide legal support for property disputes and litigation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal compliance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools such as CaseMap, Westlaw, or similar.
• Certification in legal compliance or a related field is a plus.
