📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our coffee products within the education sector.,Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.,Create and distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.,Conduct market research to gather insights and feedback from customers.,Manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics to ensure targets are met.,Provide excellent customer service and support to educational institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG or education sector.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the coffee industry is a plus.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
