📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using advanced planning tools and methodologies.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date scheduling information.,Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or issues.,Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.,Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and project stakeholders.,Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in construction planning and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Mentor and guide junior planners and schedulers in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.,Strong knowledge of construction planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.,Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
