📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory tracking, storage, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff on best practices and procedures.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate receipt of inventory.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and best practices.,Proven track record of managing warehouse staff and ensuring efficient operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation of goods.
