📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement.,Schedule and coordinate training sessions with relevant stakeholders.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and industry trends.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training staff.,Provide training support to managers and team leaders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record in developing and delivering training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
