As an Automation Technician, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our automation systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and other industrial control systems. You'll work with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, ensuring they are running optimally and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You'll also be involved in system upgrades and improvements, working with the latest tools and software to keep our systems at the cutting edge of technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain PLCs, SCADA, and other industrial automation systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with the engineering team to implement solutions.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.
• Document all maintenance activities and system configurations for future reference.
• Participate in system upgrades and improvements, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial automation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., ladder logic, structured text) and SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Certification in industrial automation or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
