Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance,Managing a team of employees and providing guidance and support,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Representing the department in meetings and presentations,Analyzing departmental data and providing insights for decision-making,Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals,Maintaining a positive and productive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team,Experience in a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
