As the Department Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and productivity.,Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor department budgets and expenses, ensuring that all financial activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to align department goals with overall company objectives.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the department, implementing solutions to improve performance and efficiency.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally, to promote the company's image and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and tools.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
