PT Property Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Deputy Crew Store to join our team in Jimbaran. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or customer service, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the store inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in organizing and participating in store promotions and events.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
