📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and quality control procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to maintain high service standards.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.,Promote the restaurant's brand and ensure a positive dining experience for all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or upscale dining environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage staff and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
