Base Market Group is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Tanjung Balai, Sumatera Utara. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and serviced efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, fueling, and servicing.,Monitor vehicle performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient vehicle deployment.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to vehicle operations.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and meet all legal requirements.,Provide support and guidance to drivers regarding vehicle maintenance and safety.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
