Bidang Krisna Cafe & Coffee is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. We are a popular café and coffee shop located in Tanjung Priok, known for our high-quality food and beverages. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes, and leading our culinary team.

We offer a competitive salary of Rp 14.000.000 – Rp 21.000.000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package. If you are passionate about cooking and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily kitchen operations and ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes.
• Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.
• Lead and mentor the culinary team, including chefs and kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.
• Optimize kitchen workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Participate in staff training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a similar establishment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Creative and innovative approach to menu development.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
