FORGE Indonesia is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. This is an immediate opening, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about HR and eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and other administrative tasks as needed.,Stay updated on relevant HR laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with Indonesian HR laws and regulations is a plus.
