PT Mitra Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory system. The successful candidate will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management. This role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Work with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt and storage of inventory items.,Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts.,Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management and internal audits.,Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and theft.,Assist in the development and implementation of inventory policies and procedures.,Provide support to the warehouse team during peak seasons or special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
