📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create training materials and resources,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs,Maintain training records and reports,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant training tools,Fluency in English is a plus,Understanding of Indonesian culture and business practices
