Camp Base Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Admin Finance to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our camp, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance administration and a passion for working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the camp, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the processing of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports as required.,Provide financial support to the camp management team, including advising on financial matters and assisting with decision-making.,Ensure the efficient and effective use of financial resources, including monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.,Manage the camp's cash flow and ensure that all financial obligations are met in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance administration role, preferably in a similar outdoor or hospitality environment.,Strong knowledge of financial software and systems, including accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
