📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure high performance and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making.,Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping and compliance with tax regulations.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Monitor and control cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.,Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and interests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance management role.,Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
