📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage a team of sales consultants, providing guidance, training, and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Present product and service information to clients, highlighting benefits and features.,Monitor sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Attend trade shows, seminars, and other industry events to network and promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
