📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage a team of shop assistants, ensuring they meet performance targets.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, sales, and customer service.
  • Train and develop shop assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in retail.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market trends.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items.
