As a Manager, Experienced Talent Recruiting, you’ll leverage your extensive experience in talent acquisition to drive our recruitment efforts. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and building strong relationships with top-tier candidates and industry leaders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier professionals across diverse industries.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier candidates, industry leaders, and recruitment partners.
• Leverage your extensive experience in talent acquisition to identify and address recruitment challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with consultants and partners to understand their talent needs and ensure that our recruitment efforts align with their strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing.
• Mentor and develop junior recruiters to build a strong and skilled recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top-tier professionals.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Experience in working with diverse and multicultural teams, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the global talent market.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field is a plus.
