📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the outlet to create a pleasant shopping environment.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report sales performance to the central office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a retail or outlet management position.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of retail operations and industry trends.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
