Mandiri Insurance is seeking a dedicated QC Inspector to join our team in Balikpapan. As a QC Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our insurance products and services. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a candidate who can start immediately. The salary range for this role is Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 11.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality control checks on insurance products and services to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Identify and report any quality issues or discrepancies in the insurance process.,Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance the overall quality of our insurance products and services.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the quality control process to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and guidance to the sales and customer service teams on quality standards and best practices.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities and findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.,Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
