📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and approach potential clients to promote our fitness services and products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized advice.,Drive sales by promoting memberships, personal training, and other fitness-related products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns and inquiries.,Utilize gym facilities for client consultations and demonstrations.,Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other sales consultants to achieve targets.,Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to enhance sales strategies.,Achieve and exceed sales targets to earn attractive commissions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the fitness industry and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.,Fluency in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written).,Valid SIM card for communication and data purposes.
