📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that automation initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks and tools.
  • Monitor and optimize automation processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automation engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Experience with database management and SQL.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
