📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.,Oversee the construction process, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality control.,Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.,Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications for project documentation.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.,Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Participate in project bidding and proposal development, contributing to the company's competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, with a focus on design and construction.,Proficiency in structural analysis software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and standards, including SNI and PBI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with construction materials and methods, and an understanding of cost estimation.,Valid professional engineering license (SIPA) is a plus.
