📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.,Restock merchandise as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Follow all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.,Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
