📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain customer data using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to enhance customer interactions.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM tools and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role.
- Proficient in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in CRM or customer service is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
