📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage field service teams, ensuring they meet performance targets and deadlines.
• Coordinate with engineers and technicians to plan and execute service activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP) systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement training programs for field service personnel.
• Monitor and report on service performance and equipment condition.
• Maintain detailed records of all service activities and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service management, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing field service teams.
• Knowledge of Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP) systems and related industrial equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
