📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial sewing machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime
• Calibrate and adjust sewing machines to meet production specifications and quality standards
• Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of sewing machine components
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues or deviations to the production team
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless integration of sewing machines into the overall manufacturing process
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices for sewing machine maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a sewing machine technician in a garment manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with a wide range of industrial sewing machines, including but not limited to lockstitch, overlock, and coverstitch machines
• Knowledge of sewing machine parts, components, and maintenance procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian
• Familiarity with basic electrical and mechanical principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
