📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement tourism strategies that align with the provincial government's vision and goals.
Oversee the management and operation of tourism facilities, including hotels, resorts, and cultural sites.
Collaborate with local stakeholders, government agencies, and international partners to promote tourism in Bangka Belitung.
Enhance infrastructure and promote cultural heritage to attract more tourists.
Develop and implement sustainable tourism practices to ensure the long-term viability of the industry.
Monitor and evaluate tourism performance, providing regular reports to the provincial government.
Represent the Bangka Belitung Provincial Government at national and international tourism conferences and events.
Lead and manage a team of tourism professionals to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in tourism management, preferably in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing tourism projects and initiatives.
Strong understanding of tourism policies, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Certification in tourism management or a related field is a plus.
