📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer data and interactions using Salesforce and Zoho CRM.
• Assist in the processing of financial transactions and products.
• Promote our financial services and products to customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve branch targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a clean and professional workspace.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Zoho CRM is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
