Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines and equipment to identify and address any issues.,Train and mentor production staff to improve skills and productivity.,Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the plastic manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software.,Understanding of safety protocols and procedures.,Fluency in English is required. Local language skills are a plus.
