📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Monitor production processes and quality control systems to identify and address any issues.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of injection molding machines.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of injection molds to ensure product quality.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Injection Molding Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of operating and maintaining injection molding machines.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
• Familiarity with CAD software and mold design principles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to other production sites as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
