Franchise Relations Manager

Join Fredley Food and Beverages, a dynamic and innovative food and restaurant service established in 2014 by one of the youngest entrepreneurs in the Philippines, Avin Ong. We are expanding our presence in Bali and are looking for a Franchise Relations Manager to help us grow our brand in the local market. As a Franchise Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our franchise partners, ensuring their success and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

Based in Canggu, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our franchise network across Bali, including areas like Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will work closely with our franchisees to provide them with the necessary support and resources to run their businesses successfully, while also identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• Manage and expand the franchise network across Bali, including areas like Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Provide franchisees with the necessary support and resources to run their businesses successfully.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion, and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Monitor franchise performance and provide regular feedback and training to franchisees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote and sell franchise opportunities.
• Attend and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding a franchise network.
• Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
